Source data for: Molecular host-response signatures and circulating biomarkers define leading themes in pediatric sepsis research: a bibliometric and topic- modeling study

Version 3.0.0 preserves permission-compatible aggregate and model-derived tables and author-created code for the 278-publication pediatric sepsis literature map, including its 106-publication direct-sepsis sensitivity corpus. It adds five main and five supplementary publication figures selected by the authors. Figure 3 and Figure 4 received minor layout corrections with no change to data, estimates, eligibility decisions, network thresholds or topic values. A separate PubMed branch provides period-stratified bounded cross-database coverage and overlapping title–abstract lexical signals; the 2026 interval is an incomplete snapshot through 29 August 2026. Conditional upper bounds are eligibility scenarios, not observed counts or confidence intervals. Licensed WoS records and fields, raw network lists, record-level cited-reference strings, internal screening ledgers and Additional file 4 are excluded. The archive contains figure inputs, rendering and provenance code, licensing files, README and SHA-256 checksums. Derived data and documentation are CC BY 4.0; author-created code is MIT.
