Table 1 details the nine water quality parameters analyzed in the Brejo Alegre Stream, which include physicochemical aspects (pH, DO, Total Phosphorus, Turbidity, BOD, Total Nitrogen, Total Solids, and Temperature) and microbiological aspects (Thermotolerant Coliforms). The selection of analytical methods followed the standards established in the Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater (SMEWW). Collection and measurements were conducted monthly throughout the study period, ensuring continuous monitoring of the water body's conditions.
