RaMP Relational Database of Metabolite Pathways. This is the sqlite version of the database, which is what is used by the current version of the R package, and the website. Going forward, the sqlite version will be the only version distrubted (we are no longer creating MySQL database dumps).<br><br>The RaMP DB contains metabolite, gene and protein information and mappings from these analyte types to ontologies (HMDB), reactions (Reactome, Wikipedia, and a portion of KEGG) and reactions from rhea-db.org.
