The following files are sets of raw fastq sequences to be used to follow along with tutorials in various github repos. Contents (last updated 04-28-2018) test_fastq_small.zip - set of 4 test samples (R1 and R2) with 800 sequences each. Commands in steps below use Test01 from this dataset. test_fastq_large.zip - full set of raw sequences (R1 and R2 per sample) to provide the opportunity to run the below tutorial with a full dataset.
