Herein, we uploaded the compressed file titled "Primate_Genome_Annotation_GFF_Files.zip". In this zip file, we described the genome annotations (GFF files) of 27 primate long-read sequencing genomes. Meanwhile, their genome assemblies were uploaded to the NCBI assembly database. For each gff annotation file of primate genomes, it was named by the layout, species_name.annotation.gff.
