Autoimmune B cell gene expression in pemphigus patients. Homo sapiens

Single-cell sorted autoantigen-specific B cells were performed scRNA-seq and compared with non-autoantigen-specific B cells in same patients or foreign-antigen specific B cells in healthy donors. PBMCs from patients, or healthy donor were then gated by 7-AAD- CD19+ CD27+ IgD- and isolated with autoantigen (desmoglein protein) by flow cytometry.
