Irx3 and Irx5 regulate hypothalamic postnatal neurogenesis and leptin sensitivity (DROP-seq)

Drop-Seq single cell RNA sequencing of hypothalamic arcuate nucleus and median eminence from wildtype and Irx3/5 double heterozygous mice Overall design: Drop-seq was perfomed on WT and Irx3/5dHet adult mouse arcuate nucleus-median eminence. Micro-dissected tissues from 5-7 mice per each group were pooled together for single cell dissociation, followed by Drop-seq sequencing.
