Reproducibility Snapshot for Client-Level Partial Endpoint Annotation in Federated ECG Classification

This reproducibility snapshot supports the study “Client-Level Partial Endpoint Annotation in Federated ECG Classification: A Simulation Study of Myocardial Infarction Discrimination.” The deposit contains archived predictions, metrics, split indices, client partitions, endpoint-availability matrices, experiment manifests, configurations, analysis code, automated tests, aggregate tables, and provenance records for 405 final experimental runs. It also includes the public PTB-XL metadata required for patient-level bootstrap analysis. Raw PTB-XL ECG signals and final model weights are not included. The ECG signals must be obtained directly from PhysioNet. The archived artifacts support numerical verification and reconstruction of the reported tables and figures, but they do not support replaying training from a final saved checkpoint.
