On-capillary Alkylation Micro-reactor: A Facile Strategy for Proteo-metabolome Profiling in the Same Single Cells (Revision)

An on-capillary alkylation micro-reactor (OCAM) was developed to achieve proteo-metabolome profiling in the same single cells. Here, we updated the latest results for the proteome analysis of single HeLa cells and single-cell proteo-metabolome profiling of mouse oocytes at different stages during oocyte maturation.
