Galápagos avifauna datasets with increasing phylogenetic information

Data on the Galápagos avifauna, comprising 25 Galápagos bird species, i.e. all of the archipelago’s native resident terrestrial birds excluding rails and birds of prey. G1 includes island age, and each clade’s species richness and endemic/non-endemic status ; G2 is the same as G1 plus the timing of island colonisation of each clade; G3 is the same as G2 plus branching times for the clades that have radiated within the archipelago.本数据集包含加拉帕戈斯群岛鸟类区系（Galápagos avifauna）相关数据，涵盖25种加拉帕戈斯鸟类，即该群岛所有原生定居陆生鸟类，不包含秧鸡类与猛禽。G1数据集包含岛屿年龄、各演化支（clade）的物种丰富度及其特有/非特有状态；G2数据集与G1一致，额外包含各演化支的岛屿定殖时间；G3数据集与G2一致，额外包含群岛内发生辐射演化的演化支的分支时间。
