WMS Urban Conversion Areas City of Bremen

This presentation service (WMS) presents data on the INSPIRE theme of land use in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (FHB). The West Urban Conversion Program was launched by the Federal Government for the first time in 2004. The reason was the demographic and economic structural change that began at the beginning of the 21st century, which continues to affect the situation of cities. Municipalities have to face the urban planning consequences of population development and economic change — the programme supports them by granting financial support from the federal government and the Land.
