METASPACE

The METASPACE platform hosts an engine for metabolite annotation of imaging mass spectrometry data as well as a spatial metabolite knowledgebase of the metabolites from thousands of public datasets provided by the community. The METASPACE engine open online platform provides tools for integrated into validated workflows for clinical use exploratory analysis. Submit or interact with high-resolution imaging mass spectrometry (HR imaging MS) spatial data, explore knowledgeable annotations from all datasets using the interactive interface, collaborate with project team members on dataset annotation, or export the metabolite annotations to mine hundreds of thousands of metabolites found in community-provided datasets.METASPACE平台搭载了一套用于成像质谱（imaging mass spectrometry）数据代谢物注释的分析引擎，同时构建了由社区共享的数千条公共数据集衍生而来的空间代谢物知识库。该开源在线平台的METASPACE分析引擎，提供可集成于经验证临床工作流的探索性分析工具。用户可提交或交互处理高分辨成像质谱（HR imaging MS）空间数据，通过交互式界面检索所有数据集的注释信息，与项目团队成员协同开展数据集注释工作，亦可导出代谢物注释结果，以挖掘社区提供的数据集中蕴含的数十万种代谢物。
