Acinetobacter baumannii strain:ATCC 19606 Raw sequence reads

Acinetobacter baumannii is a nosocomial human pathogen which poses a major threat to health care institutions worldwide. Recently, it was discovered that A. baumannii enters the viable but non-culturable state, which is a persistence strategy to combat long-lasting stress conditions. To elucidate the molecular basis of VBNC A. baumannii cells, genome wide expression profiling was performed.
