Characterization of carbapenem-resistant-Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates in Abidjan (Ivory Coast)

Data on carbapenemases remain rare in West Africa and more precisely in Côte d'Ivoire. In this study we want to determine the prevalence of carbapenemase-producing clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and thus the determination of the genetic support of carbapenem resistance.
