Transcript profiles as indicated in the ear pinna and draining lymph nodes (DLN) of NOD+/+ (WT) and NOD.opn-/- (KO) mice in response to L. amazonensis. 104 metacyclic promastigotes of parasites (LV79 strain) were inoculated in the ear dermis of the mice and transcript profiles were evaluated in the temporal windows spanning the early and expansion phase (EP-ExP) at Day40 p.i. and the parasite reduction phase (RP) at Day100 p.i.
