GHG balance sheets

The [Gas Balance Sheet Resource Centre](http://www.bilans-ges.ademe.fr/) hosts the publication platform linked to the regulatory obligation to carry out GHG balance sheets for companies with more than 500 employees (250 for DROM-COM), public establishments with more than 250 employees, communities with more than 50,000 inhabitants and government services.
