The Danby Woodlot group 5 lab 3 dataset 1

This experiment was conducted with the help of Dylan Stoll, Mariam Nnanna, and Mandy Huynh. The information was collected around 3:45 pm on a sunny 17 degree celsius afternoon. A quadrat was placed on the ground (10 times in the grassland and 10 times in the woodlot) for 1 minute. In that minute the group carefully observed the abundance of insects along with the many different species they saw and recorded their findings.The findings included sightings of flies spiders,and ants. The data can be interpreted to answer assumptions about the quatitiy of insects and species in the woodlot, compared to the grassland.
