Unravelling the mechanism of neurotensin recognition by neurotensin receptor 1

This repository contains raw data associated with the publication entitled "Unravelling the mechanism of neurotensin recognition by neurotensin receptor 1". In this study we investigated the mechanism of coupled folding and binding of endogenous peptide neurotensin, to its cognate GPCR, neurotensin receptor 1, using a combination of 19F-NMR, HDX-MS and stopped-flow fluorescence kinetics. Our data illustrated induced-fit as the mechanism underlying neurotensin binding to neurotensin receptor 1 in which ligand binding precedes receptor conformational changes. In this repository each subfolder is named according to the Figure number to which it is associated with, e.g. Figure_1 represents the raw data associated with Figure 1 in the paper. A spreadsheet summarizing the raw data is associated with the paper.
