Gene expression of Va7.2+CD161+CD4-CD8+MAIT cells from two subsets (CD69+CD26++ and CD69-CD26+/-). Overall design: Human blood mononuclear cells were magnetically sorted to enrich MAIT cells, which were stimulated with M. bovis-incubated MR1-expressing cells or anti-CD3 antibody and further sorted to CD69+CD26++ and CD69-CD26+/- subsets from Va7.2+CD161+CD4-CD8+ -gated MAIT cells.
