资源简介:
Viburnum opulus var. sargentii is a flowering shrub native to North Asia and widely used as traditional medicine in China. The complete chloroplast genome of V. opulus var. sargentii was sequenced by using PacBio RS II system and generated by de novo assembly with CANU version 1.8. The circular complete chloroplast genome is 158,503 bp in length, contained a large-single copy (87,083 bp) and a small single-copy (18,472 bp) separated by a pair of inverted repeat regions (26,474 bp). The overall GC content is 38.1%. A total of 129 genes is observed in the genome, including 84 protein-coding genes, four pairs of rRNA genes and 37 tRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis was conducted to reveal the relationship between V. opulus var. sargentii and nine closely related species in the Adoxaceae family.
