We present a domain-agnostic signal processing pipeline that maps arbitrary high- dimensional sensor data into a 96-dimensional state space structured as four 24-d imensional Leech lattice shells, then applies a unified quantum-topological colla pse to extract structural features for classification and anomaly detection. The pipeline chains five mathematically orthogonal noise filtering stages: Walsh-Hada mard spectral smearing, D-Wave QUBO combinatorial feature selection, Shannon entr opy gating, octonion Jordan-Shadow decomposition with Fano plane associators, and algebraic topological persistence via chain complexes and homology.
