A hierarchy of mouse cell types generated for the Tabula Muris FACS dataset (paper: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-018-0590-4; source data: https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.5821263.v2), by applying the HiDeF analysis (default parameters; https://github.com/fanzheng10/HiDeF) to the shared nearest neighbor graph (sNN) of single-cells pre-calculated in the original study.
