The result of telomere identification performed by quarTeT v1.2.1 (TeloExplorer) is described, listing the chromosome or Hi-C scaffold IDs and status indicating whether telomeres were found at both ends (both), only one end (left or right), or not detected (no). For Hi-C scaffolds, only those with telomeres at either or both ends are listed, and those with no identified telomeres are not included.
