Microcensus Ad-Hoc-Module 'Reconciliation between work and family life' 2010 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called ad-hoc-modules (AHM) that can vary from year to year. The EU-LFS ad-hoc-module 2010 on ‘Reconciliation between work and family life’ is divided into three submodules: care responsibilities, flexibility of work arrangements, career breaks. All persons aged between 15 and 64 years were interviewed in the initial survey of the microcensus. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2010.

科研专用完整版数据集。本数据集包含微观普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey, LFS）的核心变量，此外还设有每年更新的临时附加模块（ad-hoc-modules, AHM）。2010年欧盟劳动力调查（EU-LFS）以“工作与家庭生活平衡”为主题的临时附加模块，分为照护责任、工作安排灵活性、职业中断三个子模块。本次微观普查的首轮访谈覆盖所有15至64岁的受访对象，临时附加模块的问卷问题被安排在基础方案问卷问题之后进行问询。本数据集同时收录2010年微观普查主调查的全部问卷内容。
