This study comprehensively investigates the biomechanical determinants of plantar heel pain severity, integrating clinical assessments, gait analysis, and plantar pressure distribution. Our findings highlight the significant role of foot posture, ankle mobility, and load-bearing mechanics in modulating pain intensity.It contributes to the growing body of literature on pain management and offers practical implications for clinicians and researchers.
