资源简介:
We report the application of a high-throughput technique, RNA-seq, to study the transcriptomic response of a Bacillus subtilis mutant for the tasA gene growing in biofilm-inducing solid medium (MSgg). Overall design: B. subtilis NCIB 3610 tasA mutant and WT mRNA profiles comparing their growth in solid MSgg medium at 24 and 48 h of growth to complement the data obtained at 72 h of growth.
