Sequencing of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus isolates from Houston

Sequencing of pediatric respiratory syncytial virus isolates from Houston, part of the Centers for Disease Control New Vaccine Surveillance Network and sequenced with support by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Genome Center for Infectious Diseases (GCID) program. The goal of this project was to sequence RSV isolates from a single geographic site- Houston, TX, USA and determine the evolutionary dynamics of RSV over a period of nine years encompassing the pre-pandemic, pandemic and post-pandemic periods.
