Purpose of this experiment is to investigate whether Crebl2 is required for the transcriptional changes that happen upon rapamycin treatment in TSC2-/- p53-/- MEFs. Overall design: TSC2 null MEFs were treated with siRNA for control Luciferase or Creb2 for 2.5 days. Then cell were treated with either Ethanol or 20nM rapamycin for 12 hours, then RNA was isolated.
