Study the differential gene expression in A375 cells treated with DMSO or XL413 or GSK343 or GSK343 and XL413 combination

The study evaluated the differential gene expression in A375 cells treated with DMSO when compared to XL413 or GSK343 or GSK343 and XL413 combination using RNA-seq Total RNA was extracted from A375 cells that were treated with either DMSO or XL413 or GSK343 or GSK343 and XL413 combination for 24 hours , followed by poly-A selection and RNA-sequencing using Illumina Hi-Seq 4000 platform, with three biological replicates for each transformed sample.
