Estimates of planetary boundary layer height (PBLH) from the Rapid Refresh (RAP) model and from WSR-88D observations using the algorithm described in Stouffer et al. (2025). The file contains hourly estimates (time is UTC) of PBLH at 50 WSR-88D locations across CONUS. The file also contains RAP output of variables relevant to the surface energy budget at each location, although most were not used in the aforementioned study.
