Implementation of numerical experiments for moving domains and small diffusion for two FE methods

This is the implementation of different numerical examples to test eulerian timestepping and unfitted space time methods for small diffusion. The implementation depends on work and previos implementations done in the group of C. Lehrenfeld, especially the implementation of further tools in the ngsolve extensino ngsxfem.
