Data for the publication "A polarization-induced 2D hole gas in undoped gallium nitride quantum wells"

This upload contains the data presented in the manuscript "A polarization-induced 2D hole gas in undoped gallium nitride quantum wells", which reports the observation of a high conductivity 2DHG in an epitaxially grown GaN/AlN heterostructure. This upload contains 4 files : 1_tabulated_raw_data.xlsx : Both the raw experimental data along with the simulation results used in the Figures 1A, 2B, 3, 4, S2 in the paper.
