ggRibo-human

Here we include all datasets to reproduce plots for the ggRibo paper and the Ribo-seq pipeline book chapter. This link includes the human datasets. A directory for installing a BSgenome library for the Human Ensembl GRCh38 genome version is also included (see GitHub for installation instructions https://github.com/hsinyenwu/ggRibo/blob/v2025.9.24/README_human_ggRibo_examples.md).本数据集涵盖复现ggRibo论文及核糖体测序（Ribo-seq）流程专著章节图表所需的全部数据。本链接包含人类相关数据集。此外还一并提供了用于安装人类Ensembl GRCh38基因组版本的BSgenome库的配置目录，具体安装说明详见GitHub页面：https://github.com/hsinyenwu/ggRibo/blob/v2025.9.24/README_human_ggRibo_examples.md。
