The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of CSR Strategy, Sustainability Committee, Corporate Governance Committee on ESG Score with stakeholder engagement as moderating variable. The study uses quantitative methods, with secondary data taken from Refinitiv database with the research period spanning 2014 to 2023 for non-financial sector in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. This study uses balanced panel data with a total of 1.350 observations processed using SPSS 30 as a statistical tool.本研究旨在以利益相关者参与度为调节变量，分析企业社会责任战略（CSR Strategy）、可持续发展委员会、公司治理委员会对环境、社会及治理（ESG，Environmental, Social and Governance）评分的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法，所用二手数据取自Refinitiv数据库，研究时段覆盖2014年至2023年，样本包含印度尼西亚、马来西亚、菲律宾、新加坡及泰国的非金融行业企业。本研究采用平衡面板数据，共计1350个观测值，并以SPSS 30作为统计分析工具完成数据处理。
