Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum strain:UW386 Genome sequencing. Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum strain:UW386

Uploading a higher quality assembly and resequenced version of Ralstonia solanacearum strain UW700 and uploading a newly-sequenced Ralstonia solanacearum strain UW386. UW700 was isolated from the same geographical area as K60 (UW25) 70 years later and we are doing a comparative genomic analysis to assess temporal evolutionary change. UW386 was isolated from the same geographical area as CMR15 (UW 663) and we are doing a comparative genomic analysis of virulence factors and host specificity genes in the two strains.
