Exploring the molecular mechanisms by which NLRP12+ TAMs lead to tumor progression

This project intends to explore the molecular mechanism of immunosuppression and tumor progression caused by high expression of NLRP12 in TAMs of LUAD patients, which can provide a deeper understanding of the mechanism of inhibitory TME formation in LUAD patients. This will help clinicians to better find specific targets and inhibit them.
