The database includes biogeochemical data collected at ten depths (0, -2, -5, -10, -20, -30, -40, -50, -60, - 70 m) at the LTER-MC station in the Gulf of Naples (Tyrrhenian Sea, Western Mediterranean Sea) during the 1984-2019 period.

Nutrient concentrations (mmol m-3): NH4+ : AMON; NO3 -: NTRA; NO2- : NTRI; PO43- : PHOS; Si(OH)4: SLCA.
