十五年健康趋势追踪数据

数据集整合了全国多省市15年连续体检及医疗数据，覆盖10余万人群，包含基础体征（身高、血压等）、实验室检验（血脂、血糖、肝肾功能等）、影像检查（超声、CT等）等数据。通过纵向追踪个体健康演变路径，支持慢性病的长期趋势建模、风险预测等研究，为公共卫生政策优化、精准健康管理及“健康中国”战略提供高质量真实世界证据。

This dataset integrates 15-year consecutive physical examination and medical data from multiple provinces and cities across China, covering over 100,000 individuals. It contains data on basic physiological indicators (e.g., height, blood pressure), laboratory tests (e.g., blood lipids, blood glucose, liver and kidney function), and imaging examinations (e.g., ultrasound, CT). By longitudinally tracking the health evolution trajectories of individuals, it supports research such as long-term trend modeling and risk prediction of chronic diseases, and provides high-quality real-world evidence for the optimization of public health policies, precision health management, and the Healthy China Strategy.
