Big Sur Skiff Fishing Survey

Fish catch records from a subset of commercial fishers operating in the Big Sur area, who volunteered to contribute their landing receipts to this study. Data focuses on rockfishes captured, subdivided by species and groups of species. Also contains an authorless write-up about the motivations and conclusions of the study, veering into a history of the sardine fishery in Monterey. Also contains a graph of â gopher fish â caught from January-December 1992.
