From a civic-tech to a problem-driven model for open government data: Implementation lessons from the environmental justice case

Dataset contains data on environmental justice (EJ) open government data published by US states. Particularly, the dataset contains information about EJ dashboards integrating environmental and socioeconomic data on geo-localized mapping tools. It also includes unique information on how states define EJ and the administrative capacity in place to implement EJ policies.
