Gene expression atlas of the Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata)

These data comprise 61 samples of short-read RNA-seq and one sample of long-read isoseq from the Colorado Potato Beetle (CPB). The RNA-seq samples represent tissues of :

* female adults: 6 tissues,

* male adults: 7 tissues,

* L4 larvae: 5 tissues,

* whole body of: L1, L2 and L3 larvae,

* eggs.

Those data were used to build a gene expression atlas of the CPB and a new genome annotation. The gene set annotation, the transcriptome and the functional annotation can be downloaded from this folder.

The results of additional analysis are also available:

* WGCNA,

* tissue-specificity of the genes,

* GO enrichment.
