Learning Deprivation Gap;PISA-D for grade 15Y using for science

Learning Deprivation Gap, that measures the average distance of a learning deprived child to the minimum proficiency level and indicates the average increase in learning required to eliminate learning deprivation. This indicator is calculated based on the data from Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) for Development (PISA-D) results show shockingly low levels of students achieve minimum proficiency in reading and maassessments of the extent to which 15-year-old students can handle science adeptly when confronted with situations and problems, using Minimum proficiency level (MPL) 2 as the benchmark of basic knowledge.
