The purpose of this study is to leverage the custom content of the ImmunoChip consortium; incorporating candidate loci from 12 autoimmune diseases, to both fine-map previously identified multiple sclerosis loci and identify new multiple sclerosis candidates. As a fine-mapping array, both common and rare variation are included within a subset of ~180 candidate loci across the genome.EGA study EGAS00001003219
