To identify enhancers of IFITM genes, we obtain chromatin interation profiles of IFITM1 and IFITM2 genes using UMI-4C technique. UMI-4C was performed in untreated HEK293 cells and HEK293 cells treated with 1000U/mL IFN for 24h, respectively. Three biological replicates were sequenced by Illumina sequencer.
