Decision-Event Reconstructability Pilot Evidence Pack P01-P10 v0.1: GOV.UK Algorithmic Transparency Records

This deposit provides the reproducibility evidence pack for the Decision-Event Reconstructability (DER) pilot study on ten purposively selected GOV.UK Algorithmic Transparency Records (P01-P10). The evidence pack supports a bounded method-development pilot for assessing record-level evidence sufficiency in public AI-enabled system records. It contains the scoring specification, scoring workbook, scoring CSV, source register, ambiguity log, summary statistics, recomputation materials, and self-consistency check report used to support the pilot paper Evidence Completeness Auditing for AI-Enabled Decision Records: A Pilot Scoring Framework. The pilot evaluates whether selected public records make enough evidence publicly available to support reconstruction of decision-event instances. The central distinction is between system/process transparency, event-class reconstructability, and event-instance reconstructability. The evidence pack includes the pilot result memo, source register, and ambiguity log. These artefacts are included as components of the evidence pack and should not be treated as separate standalone peer-reviewed publications.
