Data and python scripts used in "Shallow Slow Slip Event detected by seafloor borehole tiltmeters installed in the Nankai Trough, Japan"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the observational data and Python scripts used for data processing, forward modeling, and figure generation in the manuscript "Shallow Slow Slip Event detected by seafloor borehole tiltmeters installed in the Nankai Trough, Japan" submitting to Geophysical Research Letters (GRL). Dataset Contents: Observational Data (data/tser_records/): Processed time-series records from seafloor borehole tiltmeters (Electrolytic and Pendulum) and pressure gauges. Tidal responses have been reduced using BAYTAP08. Simulation Data (data/forward_modeling/): Theoretical forward modeling results of surface tilt and vertical displacements computed using the analytical fault model (Okada, 1992). Python Scripts (python_scripts/): Source code to reproduce the forward modeling simulations and to generate all the figures (Main text and Appendices) presented in the manuscript. For detailed instructions on the repository structure, software dependencies, and how to execute the scripts, please refer to the included readme.md. (Update Information)Changes on 2026-06-24: Updated bathymetry data source: Changed the bathymetric data source from JODC (500m grid) to the GEBCO_2026 Grid. (Note that the actual data files are not included in this repository.) Script modification: Updated the plotting script (plot_Figure1_GRL.py) to read the GEBCO NetCDF format using xarray and to properly mask land elevations. Documentation update: Revised the readme.md to reflect the updated data source, citation, and file structure.
