本数据集主要应用于锂电池用PET聚酯终止胶带在电性能测试与可靠性评估相关的工程技术与质量管理场景。PET聚酯终止胶带作为锂电池内部关键绝缘与固定材料,其绝缘能力、耐压水平及长期使用稳定性,直接关系到锂电池在高倍率充放电、高温老化及复杂电场环境下的安全性与可靠性。通过对绝缘电阻、击穿电压、介电强度、剥离强度及老化后性能保持情况等关键性能参数进行系统采集与分析,本数据集用于构建基于数据的终止胶带电性能与可靠性评估体系。在实际应用中,数据可用于不同材料批次、不同生产工艺条件及不同测试环境下性能表现的对比分析,识别性能波动趋势与潜在失效风险,为材料选型、工艺优化及质量控制提供数据支撑。同时,通过对综合可靠性指数的统计分析,可为锂电池材料准入、可靠性分级管理及风险预警提供决策依据。
This dataset is mainly applied to the engineering, technical and quality management scenarios related to electrical performance testing and reliability assessment of PET polyester termination tapes for lithium batteries. As a key insulating and fixing material inside lithium batteries, the insulation performance, voltage withstand level and long-term service stability of PET polyester termination tapes directly affect the safety and reliability of lithium batteries under high-rate charge-discharge, high-temperature aging and complex electric field environments. By systematically collecting and analyzing key performance parameters including insulation resistance, breakdown voltage, dielectric strength, peel strength and post-aging performance retention, this dataset is used to establish a data-driven evaluation system for the electrical performance and reliability of termination tapes. In practical applications, the dataset can support comparative analysis of performance across different material batches, production process conditions and test environments, identify performance fluctuation trends and potential failure risks, and provide data support for material selection, process optimization and quality control. Meanwhile, through statistical analysis of the comprehensive reliability index, it can offer decision-making foundations for lithium battery material qualification, reliability grading management and risk early warning.
