Southwestern Kentucky Larval Cheumatopsyche LC50 Values

Cheumatopsyche from two Southwestern Kentucky streams were collected during July and August 2004. Specimens were taken to the laboratory to determine baseline atrazine 24 hour LC50 values. Additional specimens were exposed to atrazine for five days and then 24 hour LC50 values were reassessed. Data associated with this experiment includes Cheumatopsyche 24 hour LC50 values, and test conditions including temperature, pH, and hardness. The purpose of this study was to determine if there was a difference in response to lethal atrazine concentrations between previously and not previously exposed Cheumatopsyche populations.
