DEEPScreen-Pox Resource Collection: Training Data, Model Weights, Prediction Data, and Model Results

DEEPScreen-Pox dataset and model artifacts This repository contains everything needed to reproduce and evaluate the DEEPScreen-Pox model: the complete training datasets, trained model weights, the prediction dataset, and all result artifacts (including test performance). The repository is organized as follows: Repository structuremodel/ Trained DEEPScreen-Pox model weights (format as provided in filenames).prediction_file/ *.csv with DrugBank molecules used for activity prediction against monkeypox (MPXV).results/ Model-training logs, metrics, and held-out test-set performance, plus generated result artifacts.training_files/ Raw datasets and scaffold-split datasets used to train DEEPScreen-Pox.
