Microbiome within feedlot watering bowls

This study includes 16S rRNA sequences of filtered water and swab samples of feedlot water bowls in Western Canada. The study had the opportunity to sample a new feedlot as the pens filled with beef cattle over the course of 8 weeks. This study provides data towards the impact of beef cattle on the microbiome composition within their pen watering bowl.
